Now it gets fun!

With the count down coming to a close things start to get fun. I have put things off this time around which I did not do for the three others. Now I am in a bit of a rush to make sure I have everything that I need. I have finally gone through the old clothes and washed them. I just ordered a bassinet which we never even purchased for the others. We borrowed or used whatever. I really was tired of doing that.....so this time I ordered one and was able to choose one that would suit me. I bought a really cute baby seat cover thing that keeps the baby safely covered in her car seat. So cute! And today I bought a new diaper bag(the picture shown). I had gotten rid of my others, plus I would not have used them anyway. I have spent so many years just getting the things that will do the job for the cheapest. Well not this time. I will still be smart and not over spend, but I will get the things that I really want that look how I really want them too. I have to get fat, carry a baby for 9 months, deliver it and then do all the many more things that come with a lifetime of taking care of one more child. I think that I deserve to spend a little more money and really enjoy these little bits of frivolous happiness.

The transformation has begun.

We love our house, but that doesn't mean it couldn't use a little updating. All of the walls are white originally and most of them have had some sort of border or wall paper. Over time I have taken most of that down..(most). The idea of painting has been daunting though. The entire house will eventually need to be painted. Even the walls that will remain white have to be re-whitened. If you look closely at the before picture in Leytons' room(the bottom has already been re painted white) you can see that it really is more of an off white to yelllow-ish tint. The story is the same for the whole house.....painting is not fun......and since I am still pregnant it becomes a one man job for Todd. So in a few years we will be completely transformed....as far as painting goes. One room at a time. Don't you think that the yellow and bright white in Leytons room looks good?!

Spring Cleaning

This was one of the warmer days of the year. I think it hit about 50-ish. It was really nice and we spent the early afternoon out side. Rieley, being the sweet girl that she is decided to help out by sweeping the gutters. We have plenty of brooms so we made it a family affair. There is nothing that boosts my mood more than spending time outdoors when the sun is shining. Unfortunately only an hour later a dark storm rolled in and we had rain and even some hail. Figures.

No pictures yet. I have been taking them, only I have not gotten far enough as to download them on the computer. Seriously, I have a house to clean(every day), I have three girls to bathe, dress, feed, referee, take to school, nap, take to dance and tumbling then feed again and put to bed. I don't get on the computer very much.....and when I do i usually have left the camera in the cupboard upstairs and don't want to waddle my way back up to retrieve it. Maybe the exercise would do me good...............but gratefully my OB let us know that at this point in the pregnancy exercise will be more painful than helpful on my hips. She is right!!!! I do still get some exercise because I like to do it, but I am still sore from my session that was already 5 days ago. My hips are killing me! Can I complain anymore??? I am very excited to have another baby and even more excited that the count down has begun. I am ready and I don't think that I want to do this again. The pregnancies have gotten more difficult. I actually feel like a pregnant lady.

So, I promise that near in the future, somewhere between refereeing and school I will get some pictures on here. The weather has been improving and we have had some excellent picture taking opportunities lately.

Pregnancy updates.

I am now 32 1/2 weeks which is basically 7 months plus. I am counting down the days!! It has not been a terrible pregnancy compared to what some people endure, but it has been the most uncomfortable out of them all. I am really tired, my back kills and I just can't do a lot of things. I can't wait to feel normal...plus, who wouldn't be excited to have a cute baby!?

More Fly Fishing.

Things are really going well for the Fly Fishing. I can't wait to buy my own gear and do it with Todd. He has been having good success all thanks to the class. What a difference it makes when you have someone explaining every detail of the sport and why it is done that way.
